I paid for hostdepartment.com webserver but they are always down. I lost a lot of business and clients due to this. hostdepartment.com also does not reply to any of my emails and have not fixed their servers. The servers were down just about everyday for about 1 to 2 hours at a time.
I called a company to come out and spray my home for pest, Anchor Pest Control Little Rock, Arkansas and the tech was afraid of getting out of the car because of a coule of young black men standing outside, I asked him to leave because I was offended.
Nexteve.com is HORRIBLE. I ordered a custom made dress for my daughter’s wedding. Beautiful dress, made wrong! Dress was made uneven, both sides of the top of the dress were different. Long story short, I had to buy a new dress elsewhere and Nexteve.com will not refund my money for the dress. Their policy is “no refunds for custom made dresses” no where in their policy does it state “your dress will be made completely wrong, you will not be able to wear it and you can not refund it”
I would just like to let everyone know who is planning on joining this pilates studio DONT
I went and paid my $60 for my postural assessment just to get told i was to overweight for there classes
So i then asked for my money back as i didnt pay them to tell me i was overweight (why do you think i was trying to join there classes) and they have refused
Do you want to join a pilates studio that discriminates againist people that dont fit there mould.

Manhattan Wardrobe Supply is NOT a company anyone should do business with. I needed some gold leather paint in order to complete an order for one of my clients. I chose Manhattan Wardrobe Supply as my source. While I was on their website ordering, I decided to get a few other colors. When my shipment finally arrived, I got every color except the gold! Someone had written “Owe 1″ next to the gold desciption line on the invoice. Their website did not indicate that they were currently out of the gold paint, nor was I contacted (by any means) to be made aware of the short shipment. Obviously, I was upset to find I didn’t have it after waiting for a ground shipment, and I was not in a position where I can reasonably wait any longer without failing to meet my timeline for my client. I called the next morning and was told that the gold paint had just come in today and they would be shipping it out via “expedited” service. I got the UPS tracking receipt and it said it was sent out via ground again. So 7 more days of waiting in hopes that I will receive the correct product. They have a total disregard for their clients needs or obligations, even after being lied to over the phone by one of their representatives. Do not do business with them….find another place. Manhattan Wardrobe Supply SUCKS!!!
Is it fair that Chesapeake Energy and Barnett Four Sevens Energy is taking my minerals for free? I am a 70 year old, single woman and I am scared. I am struggling to pay my house payment and these energy companies are stealing my money. They owe me over $5000 because of my oil.
In March I had to travel to travel over 14 hours to be by the bedside of my son who was near death and with the price of fuel and airfare, I got a little behind on my house and car payments; so I did the best that I could. I am on a fixed income and really do not have room in my budget for the unexpected. So I paid Ford Motor Credit half payments for 3 months. I explained to them my situation and set up arrangements with them that they accepted and they still continued to threaten me with repossession. I have paid them 2 months of my past due balance and only owed one month and $185 and they still sent a tow truck to repossess my car on a Sunday afternoon, despite our previous agreements. I have had this vehicle since March of ’04 and only have one more year to pay on it. I have made my payments every month for the past 4 years until I ran into an unexpected emergency.
I also tried to catch up on my mortgage, but Litton Loan has refused my payment which has made me 3 months behind. They have begun filing for a foreclosure. If the energy companies would have paid me on my oil lease I would have been able to pay my mortgage shortage. I went to Channel 4 and have not received in response back. I also called the Attorney Generals office - no help there either. Is Chesapeake Energy and Barnett Four Sevens Energy God? Are they untouchable? I am just barely hanging on by a thread. When I lose my house and my car, what am I to do? Go homeless?? Live in the streets??? Please advise.
