I have been using MyHelpHub for several years and contrary to Yuri's experience, I have always found them to be most obliging and fair, mind you I have never needed to ask them for a refund either ! The Secure Delete program that I have from them is perfectly functional and has never let me down, the File Saver Software is reliable and has not let me down. Every time I have done a re-install on my PC they have allowed me a re-validation which they are not obliged to do. I can only suggest that Yuri may have had a PC problem which interfered with the installation..? Give them a try, you will not regret it. And no, I am not on commission !!! Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become. I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as memory gets cheaper, the possibility of copying our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I daydream about almost every day.
