I discontinued a child support order in Indiana, 1 1/2 years ago. Their father and I got back together and we now live in Florida. The support order originated in Indiana but Florida became the middle man just to send me payments. The IRS took his tax refund 6 months ago. I contacted child support and we got the refund 2 weeks later. I thought that was the end of the mess. WRONG! Now out of the blue, Florida froze our checking account for child support. We have alot of bounced checks and overdrawn fees and there will be more fees for the places we sent checks to. We live paycheck to paycheck. He is the only one working. Can I get this money back from Florida?  If you want to move here, you might want to really think it over.  Florida isnt too smart and the people that live here arent either.
